General admission is ₹500 per person, with children under 8 entering free. VIP passes (₹1500) include fast-track entry, reserved seating for Bala Ganapathy Williams' cooking demonstrations, and a voucher booklet worth ₹1000 for authentic Indian food stalls.
What are the parking and transportation options?
Free parking is available at designated event lots. We recommend using ride-sharing services or public transport as TasteWithBGW will attract large crowds. Shuttle services run from nearby metro stations every 30 minutes.
Are there facilities for families with young children?
Yes! We have diaper changing stations, a nursing room, stroller parking, and a supervised kids' play area. Our Little Chefs of India activities hosted by BGW's junior team run daily from 12pm-4pm.
How are dietary restrictions and food allergies handled?
All stalls will display allergen information. We have dedicated zones for vegetarian, vegan, and Jain options. Staff at the information booth can guide you to suitable food options, and Bala Ganapathy Williams has personally curated alternatives for common allergies.
